Objective: Develop Reading and Spelling skills, practice Science/Social Studies skills, and practice handwriting.

Activities:

1.      Begin completing activities for the Solar System.  Use your checklist and begin with the first activity.  Do the 1st activity only!!!!

2.      Match the vocabulary words for Mae Jemison.  I will give these to you.

3.      Work on 2nd Quarter Week 6 Spelling Word sheet.

4.      Work on Making Words sheet Week 6.

Reading Instruction cont.

Activities:

1.      Discussion of vocabulary words. 

2.      Locate other possible vocabulary words in the story.

3.      Create a PowerPoint of vocabulary words with partner.  Each partner receives a word.
