Objective: Check morning work and work with individual students or small groups.  Practice Writing Skills

Activity:                

  1. Check J.S.S.M.
  2. Journal Writing – Write for 20 minutes in your Journal.  Remember No talking during this time.
  3. Play Thanksgiving games.  Do not go to any other sites.

Math

1.      Correct Technology Survey errors and save in folders.

2.      Let Mrs. B know and we will then resave to the team web pages.

3.      If your team finishes before time is up, then play Math Games in the center of the room.

9:45-10:45

Reading Instruction & Writing

Objective: Practice writing skills and learn a vocabulary strategy.

Activities:

1.      Finish hero paragraphs and turn in.

2.      Go to the following Word Parts website and read about Root words and how words can be separated.  We will discuss the website at 10:30.

When finished:

1.      Go to the Thanksgiving Games site and learn about Thanksgiving. 

2.      Try the following Keep Away site also.
